At Paws Over Tradition we use only the finest all-natural and/or organic human grade ingredients; therefore, we do NOT add any artificial preservatives to our treats. We use a process of baking and drying that guarantees that your treats will be good for six months after you receive them.

3. Once my order is placed, how long does it take before it is shipped?
We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. While we do not ship on Sundays or holidays, we will get your order out the very next business day. We offer many shipping options depending on how quickly you need your treats. Rest assured, no matter what shipping method you choose, your freshly-baked treats will be shipped with the upmost care.

Currently, you can purchase our treats through our secure website as well as Carmine's Gourmet Market in Palm Beach Gardens, FL , Paw Spa in Irving, TX, and NUVO in Dallas, TX. . Shortly, our line will be carried in several retailers. We will update our page as we make the treats available in retail locations. UPDATE: Our first retail location is now open at 3131 Custer Road, Suite #130 in Plano, TX. We carry our full line of treats, as well as our giant treat center where you can mix and match and make your own unique assortments. We also carry eco friendly brands such as West Paw Design, Planet Dog, Harry Barker, American Deer Antler, and Dog Speak.

6. What is your return policy?
While we hope that you don't encounter any problems with our treats, we understand that from time-to-time the need to return or exchange a product arises. Therefore, our return policy is simple - you can return the product for any reason within 30 days. Please contact customerservice@pawsovertradtion.com if you need to make an exchange or return.
7. Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we ship only inside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).
8. What do you suggest for a dog that has allergies?
First, it’s important to know exactly what your dog is allergic to. There are several symptoms of dog allergies including excessive shedding, hot or bald spots on the skin, and even hives. Our rule of thumb is when in doubt, always call your vet; they are the experts and can correctly diagnose your pet. If your pet is allergic to wheat, gluten, corn, or any other ingredient, search for treats that use alternatives to these ingredients. Currently, our "Star Spangled Berry" , "Autumn Spice", "Diggin' Ginger", "Liver Relieft" and "Strawberry LUV Heart" Treats (Shop Online - Wheat, Gluten & Corn Free) are wheat, gluten, and corn free.
9. How fresh are your treats?
Since we don't believe in using anything artificial in our treats, we don't use preservatives; this means we make our dough fresh every week, hand-make our treats every week, and bake the treats every week. Rest assured, your treats will be packaged and shipped fresh, and will have a "Best By" date on the label.
10. What makes Paws Over Tradition different than other dog barkeries?
There are many, many businesses out there that specialize in dog treats. The first thing that sets us apart is that we truly can call our treats "home-made" and "hand-made". All of the treats are rolled by hand, and cut by hand without the use of a machine. We also are very honest about the ingredients we use; pet food labeling policy dictates that listing ingredients (as they appear in a recipe) is required on all packaging. It does not, however, require pet food manufactures to list the sub-ingredients. (For example, beef broth may be listed, but depending on what is used, there could be many other ingredients in the treats - and some that aren't natural!) Finally, we have taken our love for dogs a step further and package our treats in eco-friendly packaging that can be re-used, recycled, or composted.
